Returns.

We hope you'll be happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return it to us, subject to the following terms:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and must be posted within 14 days of your return approval.

Returned items must unworn, unwashed and be in the same condition as they were when sent.

This does not include the removal of an item from a plastic bag. We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@classiccricketshirts.com - please include your order number and reason for returning in the email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll confirm the address for you to send your purchase to.

Please note, returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense.

Refunds.

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or provided as a store voucher for future use on our website.

If you choose a voucher, we’ll include the cost of standard delivery to cover free shipping on your next order (excluding returns where free delivery was selected on the original purchase). Vouchers can be used for any purchase on our website and do not expire.

Refunds will be sent to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow 14 days after receipt for your refund to be issued.

Once we have processed your return, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation and a full refund (if selected).

We cannot be held responsible for return parcels not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number in case it is required at a later date.

If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.

Cancellations.

All cancellations must be requested via email only - store@classiccricketshirts..com - within 24 hours in order to receive a refund. Please provide your name and order number in the subject box.

Shipping.

We ship to the UK and Europe using a tracked/signed for service. All orders are processed for shipping within 3-5 business days of your purchase (with the exception of weekends & holidays), however if there are any urgent requirements please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs.
